Ale Amatray | Founder and CEO.

The Nutmeg Injury Hacking Program was built after seeing female athletes get hurt by preventable injuries and carry that pain into daily life.

For the past five years she has researched, tested, and refined systems that coaches and athletes can actually use. We integrate Functional Genomics (DNA testing) to turn training and recovery choices into clear decisions instead of guesswork.

We focus on six systems: Mood and Behavior, Immunity, Cardiovascular Health, Diet and Nutrition, Hormones, and Sleep. We map patterns linked to your DNA to each plan so we can set loads, recovery, and timing with precision. This also supports focus, steadier mental health, and better results in school, life, and sport.

This work delivers a lifelong roadmap. It lowers injury risk now and uses unchanging DNA insights to shape daily choices that reduce the risk of future disease.

Ale is a Pro Level CONMEBOL Licensed coach from A.T.F.A. in Buenos Aires and a Certified Functional Genomics Practitioner through The DNA University, trained by Kashif Khan and his team. She has experience across multiple sports and studies Sport Management and Women’s and Gender Studies at Brock University. She works with clubs, schools, universities, and families to install systems that fit real life.
